Who are You?
I am fashion designer, seamstress and patternmaker with over 10 years of experience, making clothes inspired by dark independent culture.
Can I return item?
I accept returns of new items. But please remember that this is small production and I sew on demand.
If You want to return the item, please contact me at the.batcave.stuff@gmail.com or through Contact subpage.
I don't accept returns for items on sale and customized items. If I list an item with a flaw there will be information about it in the product description.
When will I get my order?
I work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Making item takes me now around 1 week (not customized items - in this case contact me directly to set the time for production). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
I work in Lower Silesia, Poland
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
To Poland, I ship with InPost. Everywhere else - Poczta Polska (Polish Postal Office).
