Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping within Poland We ship to all addresses in Poland. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Shipping within the European Union We ship to all EU member states. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–10 business days. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
